This washable buffer is made out of the highest quality cloth material. Will not leave any grit or filing particles in or on the nail surface when buffing. Use with or without oil to finish the nail to a smooth surface. Lasts 5 to 10 times longer than other sanding buffers. Available in block or file, and smooth or medium surface.
