Shipping Insurance & Claims for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Before completing your order, please be aware that shipping insurance through ShipInsure.io is required and highly recommended to protect your purchase against lost, damaged, or stolen packages. This service must be added to your cart before checkout. If you choose not to purchase insurance through ShipInsure.io, PinkPro Beauty will not be involved in any way with lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.
How to Add ShipInsure.io:
- ShipInsure.io protection is always offered at checkout for a small additional fee based on the value of your order.
- If you do not add this insurance before checking out, you will be solely responsible for handling any lost, damaged, or stolen packages directly with the carrier, as PinkPro Beauty will not assist with these claims.

What Happens If Your Package Is Lost, Damaged, or Stolen:
- PinkPro Beauty is not involved in any way with claims related to lost, damaged, or stolen packages. All claims must be directed to ShipInsure.io.
- If you experience any issues with your package being lost, damaged, or stolen, you must file a claim directly with ShipInsure.io.
- To start a claim, visit www.shipinsure.io, log into your account, and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can email support@shipinsure.io or call (888) 835-0167 for assistance.
- Claims must be filed within the timeframes specified by ShipInsure.io’s terms and conditions. We recommend contacting them promptly to resolve any issues.
- If you did not purchase insurance through ShipInsure.io at checkout, PinkPro Beauty will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
PinkPro Beauty Supply ships only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or international addresses at this time. All ORM-D products (typically hazardous materials like aerosols or flammable items) are shipped in compliance with UPS & FedEx regulations and cannot be overnighted. If any part of your order contains ORM-D products, the entire order will be subject to ORM-D shipping restrictions.
If you wish to ship your order to a different address, log in to PinkProBeauty.com and enter your desired shipping address. At this time, we cannot split orders to ship to multiple addresses. To ship to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Some of our brands have regional shipping restrictions due to contractual agreements. These restrictions are as follows:
- Crack Hair products are available in all states except Missouri.
- Milk_Shake & No Inhibition products ship to Western Kentucky & Western Tennessee only.
- Sunlights Balayage products ship exclusively to Kentucky & Tennessee.
- Scruples products ship exclusively to Kentucky & Tennessee
SAME-DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST will typically ship the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the delivery distance, and the selected carrier. You can view your shipping rate in the shopping cart before completing your order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking details. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can track your order in your Account Dashboard, contact Customer Care at 1.888.339.7791, or email us for assistance.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (UPS GROUND) ON ORDERS OVER $89
Enjoy Free Shipping on any order over $89 when shipped via UPS Ground.
- Offer applies to standard ground shipping only.
- Your order total must reach $89 after discounts and before taxes and shipping costs.
- Large items such as gallons, spray units, fans, and tents will incur an additional handling fee and are not eligible for free shipping.
- Offer is not valid on prior purchases.
PROMOTION & COUPON POLICY
PinkPro Beauty carries several products and brands; however, some terms, restrictions, and exclusions may apply to promotions and coupons.
General exclusions and restrictions that may apply:
- Excludes some brands as mandated by the manufacturer.
- Excludes certain items, as these cannot be sold at discounted prices per manufacturer guidelines.
- Excludes clearance/sale items.
- Excludes sales tax, shipping & handling, and other charges.
- Cannot be combined with any other PinkPro Beauty Coupons, Discounts, Offers, or Promotions.
- Not valid on prior purchases/orders.
- Valid on in-stock items only.
- No rain checks issued.
- If you return a portion of your purchase, the prorated discount associated with those items will be lost or forfeited.
- Limit one coupon/promo/discount per order.
- Promos are intended for single use only.
- Each coupon or promotion is valid for a limited time only and expires at 11:59:59 PM Central Standard Time on the date specified on the coupon or promotion.
- You may only use one coupon/promo/discount per order on pinkprobeauty.com.
- Brands, products, services, and categories that are excluded or restricted from PinkPro Beauty’s coupons and promotions are subject to change without notice.
