I absolutely love the FGBG Hair Skin Nails Gummies on the go!! They taste good, my nails grow stronger and longer and my hair grows in thicker when I take them. I definitely would recommend them.
I was hoping to get a small, but the medium isn't too big for my shoulder length, fine hair. It's kind of a lavender-pinkish. Really comfortable and just plain adorable.
I cocktail this with a leave in creme and it leaves the curls darn near perfect without too much crunch.
