Milk_Shake has created brand new hair care products that contain specific pigments to deposit cool ashy tones in the hair. The special black pigment contained within the new Milk_Shake Icy Blond range neutralizes and counteracts unwanted yellow/orange or brassy tones in blond hair. It deposits ash tones on very light or platinum blond hair and intensifies grey and silver tones.

To Use: 

Apply evenly over damp hair, leave in for a few minutes, then rinse. For a more intense result, leave in for a few more minutes. Proceed with Icy Blond Conditioner.
